For software development, we deliver the most value on projects which feature a significant novelty (e.g. non-standard, uncommon, “never done before” techniques/processes/technologies) requiring expert-level software knowledge, research, a high degree of innovation, and non-trivial problem solving. We are also best utilized on urgent or business-critical projects requiring assistance or oversight by credentialed software experts, with minimal training/downtime and an ability to “hit the ground running.”
We also evaluate software, software projects, and teams to provide recommendations on staffing, cost reduction, opportunities areas, failed project turnaround, and other unique or less common scenarios. We also help management and team leadership decide on strategies and best-fit technologies to use for a set of stated requirements, and provide advice and guidance on future directions in the industry.

Yes, we provide on-demand customized training tailored to the needs of our clients, for those areas of technology served by our experts. At this time, we do not offer scheduled courses or courses leading to certification or college credits.
